Two-sided wellness marketplace
Two-sided wellness marketplace built solo in ~12 weeks for a Finnish wellness startup, explorable in a live demo environment. Two active payment rails (Visma Pay, Edenred), with Epassi and Smartum built and gated pending credentials, a B2B corporate portal with employer onboarding and Wellbeing Allowance integration, native mobile apps for iOS and Android, and an AI concierge.

Full-service creative platform
Live platform consolidating bookings, payments, live video, virtual tabletop, and community into one product - replacing five separate paid tools. Handling real bookings and transactions. Built in ~8 days of active development.
Hearthheld
Multiplayer Skyrim RP server and toolchain
Invite-only multiplayer Skyrim roleplay community built on a pinned fork of SkyMP, an open-source multiplayer mod for a decade-old engine. A 71-module game server, a Windows launcher that installs and version-pins the whole client stack, a self-hosted identity API that makes Discord membership the whitelist, and Python tooling that writes Bethesda plugin records directly. 835 commits in 13 days. 25+ alpha testers have signed up ahead of a founding circle sized at 15-20.
